A well-established community hospital on Boston's North Shore is seeking BC/BE Hospitalists (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join its collaborative inpatient medicine team. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

• Full-time and part-time Hospitalist opportunities
• 7-on/7-off schedule with 12-hour shifts
• Full-time physicians work 14 shifts per 28-day cycle
• Part-time physicians work 7 shifts per 28-day cycle
• Patient census generally falls within SHM recommended ranges
• Open ICU model with 24/7 intensivist coverage managing ventilators, vasopressors, and procedures
