The Gerrish School of Business is currently seeking individuals to teach undergraduate business courses for the  academic calendar year. We are seeking adjunct instructors for foundational business courses and major-specific courses for the following business majors and minors:

• Accounting
• Business Analytics
• Construction Management
• Economics
• Entrepreneurship
• Events Management
• Fashion Merchandising
• Finance
• Healthcare Management
• Hospitality Management
• International Business
• Management
• Marketing

All courses are in-person unless noted otherwise. Each lecture course meets for 3 hours a week (two 75-minute sessions or three 50-minute sessions).

Instructors are expected to:

• Deliver the course(s) in person in their assigned time blocks through the entire semester.
• Abide by Endicott's academic policies as described in the College's Faculty Handbook.
• Use the course description and honor the learning outcomes of each course.
• Use Canvas as the course's learning management system.
• Meet deadlines for roster verification and submission of grades.
• Communicate with the dean or other administrators if issues arise concerning the teaching of specific classes.
• Meet with students if they request assistance or need clarification for any course-related matter, if requested.
• Provide samples of student work that may be used for assessment purposes.
• Use Endicott email when communicating with students outside of class.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a Master's degree is required, and college-level teaching experience is preferred.
