High Res is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair High Res devices at customer sites. You will deploy robotic systems, provide rapid support, and document case details.
Collaboration with Automation Support Engineers and ongoing training for junior staff are core parts of the role. The position requires travel to customer sites, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer success.
