The expected salary range for this position is $180,000 to $210,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.

PositionDirector Engineering Programs
Responsibilities- Implement and maintain the harmonized global stage-gate process across all sites to drive customer success, ensure operational consistency, and enable efficient product development cycles to product launch.
- Champion standardized project management tools and practices across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with corporate frameworks established by the Corporate Program Management Office and Quality Assurance & Regulatory (ISO 13485) departments.
- Early engagement with Business Development and Global Account Managers to deliver program strategies, support quoting and program development.
- Provide technical and process support to the Sales Organization, enabling effective customer engagement, solution development, and alignment with internal capabilities and timelines.
- Understand market needs and influence internal investment, technical road mapping, and organizational improvements.
- Maintain program portfolio visibility by overseeing assigned program portfolios, proactively escalating risks and issues, and delivering clear, actionable portfolio-level reporting to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive operational effectiveness, project execution and resource management, along with program financial results.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Management
- PMP or other project management related certification
- Medical Device experience (ISO 13485 regulated industry)
- 7+ years of end-to-end program management experience leading cross functional product development teams running highly complex Project Management programs along with financial project accounting (P&L knowledge).
- Well versed and knowledgeable in thermoplastic/silicone injection molding, assembly methods, and process development and validation.
- Highly proficient in collaborating with project stakeholders (client and internal), end-users, business partners, and technical team members to ensure proper systems and plan alignment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated experience in leading and/or presenting to project teams and senior leadership
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a geographically diverse, matrixed organization
- Proficient in SAP along with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Project)
- Travel 25% to 50%
- Preferred:
- Contract Engineering or Contract Manufacturing experience
