Overview
We are seeking a Global Demand Planner to provide planning leadership at the intersection of Service, Factory Operations, and Engineering. This role owns service parts and customer upgrade planning for high-value semiconductor programs, ensuring strong factory alignment, material readiness, and on-time customer execution.
What You’ll Do- Lead service parts and upgrade planning using Servigistics Parts Planning or similar service planning platforms and Kinaxis Maestro.
- Act as the primary factory interface for service, aligning service demand with factory capacity, build plans, and material availability.
- Provide planning leadership for high‑value customer upgrades, retrofit programs, and service‑driven factory builds.
- Partner with Factory Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Program Management, and Field Service to deliver customer commitments.
- Incorporate ECNs/ECOs into service and factory plans, managing part revisions, supersessions, and inventory transitions.
- Drive Service S&OP / IBP alignment across service, factory, and supply chain organizations.
- Lead scenario analysis and trade‑off decisions balancing service levels, inventory investment, and factory constraints.
- Identify risks, resolve execution gaps, and communicate clear, data‑driven recommendations to leadership.
- Mentor planners and influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in service parts planning, factory planning, or aftermarket supply chain.
- Experience with Servigistics Parts Planning or similar service parts planning solutions.
- Strong experience using Kinaxis Maestro for constrained planning and scenario modeling.
- Proven leadership in factory–service integration, particularly for high‑value upgrades or retrofit programs.
- Working knowledge of ECN/ECO processes and their impact on serviceability and factory execution.
- Experience in semiconductor, capital equipment, or high‑tech manufacturing environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑influencing skills.
- High‑visibility leadership role supporting strategic customer upgrade programs.
- Direct impact on customer satisfaction, factory performance, and inventory optimization.

Compensationand Benefits
U.S. BASE SALARY RANGE $91,510.97 - $. This base salary range reflects the typical compensation for this role across U.S. locations. The range provides the opportunity for growth and progression as you develop within the role. Base pay is one part of our U.S. total compensation package which includes eligibility in the Axcelis Team Incentive bonus plan, and comprehensive benefits package (for regular employees working 20+ hours a week).
