In this role, you will manage complex, multi-resource projects, lead a team of 2 to 6 engineers, and continuously improve automation solutions across our organization.
The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in lab automation and strong customer-facing skills. Your leadership will drive the success of projects and develop your team’s capabilities.
