Senior Associate, Financial Reporting

Kforce has a publicly traded asset management client that is seeking to hire a Senior Associate, Financial Reporting to join their team in Beverly, MA. • Partner with finance, legal, and external auditors
• Support international statutory and regulatory reporting
• Assist with ad‑hoc analysis and special projects
• Help enhance reporting processes and tools
• Prepare SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K)
• Maintain financial reporting records across entities

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 2‑4+ years of experience, including public accounting (audit preferred; Big 4 a plus)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
• Detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Self‑motivated with a proactive, team‑oriented mindset
• CPA preferred (or in progress)
• Experience with SEC reporting strongly preferred
• Exposure to Workiva or large ERP systems a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), life, disability, and ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law, except for hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project who are eligible for paid sick leave.
