Senior Associate, Financial Reporting

Kforce has a publicly traded asset management client that is seeking to hire a Senior Associate, Financial Reporting to join their team in Beverly, MA. Responsibilities:

* Prepare SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K)

* Partner with finance, legal, and external auditors

* Support international statutory and regulatory reporting

* Maintain financial reporting records across entities

* Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects

* Help enhance reporting processes and toolsQualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting

* 2-4+ years of experience, including public accounting (audit preferred; Big 4 a plus)

* Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point

* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

* Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities

* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

* Self-motivated with a proactive, team-oriented mindset

* CPA preferred (or in progress)

* Experience with SEC reporting strongly preferred

* Exposure to Workiva or large ERP systems a plus
