Patient Access Rep - Per Diem

Beth Israel Lahey Health - Up to $27.59/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Register patients presenting for visits and explain the registration process.;
Process patient co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles, and balances due; safeguard cash and reconcile cash drawer.;
Complete the Medicare Secondary Payer Questionnaire and adjust patient coverage accordingly.;
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments using multiple information sources.;
Verify patient insurance coverage in real time and communicate financial clearance status to patients; assign guarantor as needed.
