Clinical Pharmacist

Beverly Hospital is a Level III Trauma Center and not‑for‑profit community hospital located on the North Shore of Massachusetts. The hospital is part of Beth Israel Lahey Health System and provides high‑quality care for patients ranging from neonatal to geriatric, including inpatient maternity, psychiatry, neonatal, pediatric, adult and geriatric services.

The Pharmacy Department serves the Northeast Hospital Corporation, which includes Beverly Hospital, Addison Gilbert Hospital, Bay Ridge Hospital, and Beth Israel Lahey Health Care Center‑Danvers. Clinical Pharmacists ensure safe, effective, timely, patient‑centered and evidence‑based care, interpret and evaluate medication orders, provide medication expertise to the interdisciplinary team, prepare and dispense medications per hospital policies, supervise pharmacy technicians and interns, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

• Knowledge of hospital practice and operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact constructively with supervisors, peers, and other colleagues.
• Expertise in clinical knowledge and patient care.
• Current licensure as a pharmacist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Graduate of an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Clinical pharmacy experience of 2+ years in a hospital setting or completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency (preferred).
• Exceptional aptitude or knowledge may be considered in lieu of experience.

Evening Shift Pharmacist.

$58.00 - $78.06 hourly.
