Bridgewell -  - Responsibilities:
Provide support and assist people in our services with skills training in activities of daily living during the day, evening and/or overnight hours;
Create opportunities and provide support to people in our services to make decisions to develop their skills and foster independence;
Provide services to people in our services according to DDS, DMH, Mass Health, HUD, DPH, CARF and all applicable regulatory standards, as well as Bridgewell policies and procedures;
Administer medications according to MAP regulations, as applicable;
Maintain daily progress notes, shift checklists, shift assignments and other required documentation according to regulatory standards and Bridgewell policies
