Provide support and assist people in our services with skills training in all activities of daily living during the day, evening and/or overnight hours;
Create opportunities and provide support to people to develop independence and decision-making;
Provide services according to regulatory standards (DDS, DMH, Mass Health, HUD, DPH, CARF) and Bridgewell policies;
Transport and accompany people to medical, recreational, and other activities outside the program;
Administer medications according to MAP regulations as applicable
