Assisting and supporting adults with autism and other developmental disabilities with daily routines including ADLs activities of daily living personal care hygiene dressing and meal prep Supporting these individuals in making independent decisions and participating in valued community roles Help with clinical educational and vocational programs Observe and record data for programs established in their Individual and Behavior support plans Participate with other team members to create a therapeutic environment that includes planning and helping with recreational educational and social activities to engage individuals and enhance their quality of life

High school diploma GED or equivalent is REQUIRED Experience with behavior management preferred but not necessary Must have a valid drivers license a good driving record and transportation to the Beverly office no public transportation is available Ability to work as part of a diverse team
