Xray Technologist

Job Summary:

The X-ray Technologist position is located in an acute healthcare setting. The role involves producing images for the diagnosis and treatment of medical disorders across various departments, including operating rooms, emergency rooms, inpatient, and outpatient populations. Flexibility in meeting staffing needs, including off-site assignments, holiday shifts, and on-call duties, is essential to ensure patient care and safety.

• Schedule:
  
  Rotating shifts with a consistent four-week cycle. Weeks include Sun 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Mon – Wed 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM, and Sat 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM, with variations as specified.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Certification as an X-ray Technologist, relevant education or degree requirements, ability to work at least 40 hours per week, and minimum of 1 year of experience. Candidate must have a separation of at least six months from any previous employment at the healthcare provider.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Flexibility to float to additional facilities as needed.
• Float:
  Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information:
  Must be able to produce diagnostic images across various clinical settings, monitor patient safety, and adapt to operational needs, including off-site, holiday, and on-call work.
