As a Room Attendant at The Beverly Hills Hotel, your compensation will be $31.22 per hour.
What you’ll doYou’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
- Caring for a specific number of rooms during your day, ensuring each is cleaned and organized to the highest standards.
- Maintaining complete knowledge of and complying with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards; anticipating guests’ needs and responding promptly, even during busy periods.
- Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas; using correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements.
- Cleaning guest rooms by category priority, transporting carts with cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens, servicing assigned rooms, and replacing all in‑room amenities in the correct amount and location.
- Handling special guest requests regarding linens, amenities, furniture setup, and special occasions.
- Identifying and reporting imperfections or blemishes that arise, and working with other positions to correct them promptly.
- Communicating effectively with all departments to ensure alignment and efficient service delivery.
- A dedication to the company’s vision, values, and culture; acting as an ambassador in all interactions.
- Proficiency in English, the primary language used in our hotel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to service excellence.
- A collaborative mindset, working together as part of a nonstop, flexible team.
