As a leading hotel in the luxury market, Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is looking for a bartender to join the Italian Steakhouse team at this beautiful property! This Forbes 5‑Star, AAA 5‑Diamond hotel has 170 rooms, 6,300 square feet of banquet space, and four food and beverage outlets. The property includes a new Italian Tuscan Steakhouse, a rooftop restaurant, lobby lounge, and in‑room dining.

Various – must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

$17.19, based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing beverages and serving beverages and/or food to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically:

• Greet guests and respond to inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Mix and garnish beverages according to recipe and portion control standards.
• Present and serve beverages to guests.
• Check guests for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local, and company laws and regulations.
• Accurately total, process, and collect payments from guests, using the point‑of‑sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change, and processing gift certificates, cards and vouchers.
• Stock and maintain the bar, including beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce.
• Cut, store and ensure product quality of all beverage‑related perishables.
• Respond professionally to inebriated guests, as needed.
