Misselwood Seasonal Support Assistants:Wedding/Social & Operations Roles
Rate of Pay: $18.50 / hour

Misselwood Events at Endicott College offers exciting opportunities to develop leadership and communication skills through hands‑on experience. We are seeking professional, detail‑oriented individuals to provide administrative and logistical support for our premier weddings, conferences, and social events. Our positions offer valuable experience that prepares you for a successful career after college.
Choose Your TrackWe are hiring for two distinct tracks. Both roles act as the "face" of Misselwood and Endicott College, ensuring seamless operations and elite guest service.
Track 1:Wedding & Event Support
Duration:
April 6, 2026 – October 14, 2026
- Hospitality Hosting:
Serve as the primary on‑site contact for bridal parties and vendors; ensure the Misselwood house and rooms are presentable for clients. - Wedding Operations:
Assist Event Managers with ceremony set‑up and breakdown, manage hospitality suites, and greet guests to provide direction. - Parking Logistics:
Meet and greet guests upon arrival and direct shuttles to correct parking areas.
Operations & Conference Support
Duration:
April 20, 2026 – August 16, 2026
- Program Implementation:
Manage group check‑ins/check‑outs, linen needs, and meeting room and residence hall preparations for overnight adult/youth conferences and corporate events. - On‑Call Support:
Serve as a visible representative for groups while in residence day and evening on‑call shifts (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM), conducting regular rounds through occupied residence halls 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM. - Logistical Hosting:
Act as a parking attendant and campus host for external groups utilizing Endicott College facilities. (Valid US Driver’s License Required)
To succeed in either role, candidates must demonstrate a passion for hospitality and a guest‑first mentality.
- Availability:
Must be able to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training for Track 1 begins April 6, 2026. Training for Track 2 begins April 20, 2026. Events begin the first weekend in May 2026. - Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; light to heavy lifting is required for various event tasks. - Professionalism:
Candidates must represent Misselwood and the College with a professional demeanor and appropriate attire for guest interactions. - Core
Skills:
Strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a team environment. - Preferred:
Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service.
