Compensation: $34.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include building relationships with guests, facilitating guest services, maintaining hotel standards, and communicating with other departments.

• Spend time getting to know guests, ensuring they receive the best experience and handling special requests.
• Anticipate guest needs, greet guests throughout the hotel, and perform check‑in and check‑out procedures, including financial transactions.
• Report imperfections or issues and collaborate with other positions to resolve them.
• Communicate with departments and the extended hotel team to maintain alignment.

Physical requirements:

light work standing and walking frequently for an entire shift; occasional lifting up to 20 pounds. Seasonal property may require long hours during peak periods.
