We're seeking an experienced Benefits & Payroll Administrator to manage payroll processing, employee benefits administration, leave programs, and HR systems support. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys balancing compliance, employee service, and process improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer employee benefit programs, enrollments, changes, terminations, and open enrollment activities
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain payroll records, tax elections, and direct deposit information
  • Support leave administration, including FMLA, PFML, COBRA, Workers' Compensation, STD, and LTD programs
  • Audit payroll data, timekeeping records, deductions, and reports for accuracy
  • Manage benefit billing reconciliation and vendor relationships
  • Conduct new hire benefits orientations and employee education sessions
  • Generate HR and payroll reports and support audits, compliance initiatives, and special projects
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including FLSA, ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and COBRA
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of benefits administration experience
  • Experience with payroll processing and HRIS/HCM systems
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits, leave administration, and employment regulations
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Excellent analytical, customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Manufacturing environment experience preferred
