Alexander Technology Group is seeking a Data Warehouse Analyst to support and enhance an enterprise data warehouse environment. This role blends day-to-day operational support with project work focused on improving data models, pipelines, and analytics capabilities. This is a great opportunity for someone who is analytical, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain data warehouse processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and availability of data
- Develop and optimize T-SQL queries and stored procedures for data loads and transformations
- Troubleshoot data and performance issues and perform root cause analysis
- Identify opportunities for performance and process improvements
- Document data flows, procedures, and issue resolutions
- Design and enhance data warehouse objects and data models in Azure-based environments
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable data solutions
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of warehouse changes
- Partner with analytics and business teams to support reporting and data needs
- Strong T-SQL skills including complex queries, tuning, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics or Azure SQL Database and Azure Data Factory
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Python for data analysis or automation
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric
- Experience supporting BI or analytics teams
- Familiarity with data quality or data governance practices
Salary range: 90-100K
