Oxford Global Resources is hiring an L&D Sales Enablement Trainer to deliver training for Account Managers and Recruiters. The trainer facilitates Sales Academy, builds training assets, and continuously improves the program.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate in‑person training and role‑plays during Academy delivery periods (cohorts may exceed 50 participants).
- Support day‑to‑day onsite execution for Academy delivery (session flow, learner support, coordination with remote L&D partners).
- Deliver virtual training via Microsoft Teams year‑round, as assigned.
- Partner with SMEs to build and update training assets (PowerPoint decks, facilitator guides, job aids, role‑plays).
- Maintain and refresh assigned programs; support program cleanup and standardization.
- Collect effectiveness signals and feedback; incorporate improvements based on outcomes and L&D direction.
- Use AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency while maintaining confidentiality and quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience in learning and development, sales enablement, training, facilitation, or similar, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Strong in‑person and virtual facilitation skills (practice and role‑plays).
- Sales training and/or direct sales experience.
- Strong organization and execution, able to manage priorities and hit milestones.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and work all hours necessary or required.
- Preferred:
Instructional design and adult learning knowledge, ICF credential (ACC/PCC preferred), experience with LMS (Percipio or similar), CRM ecosystems (Salesforce or related), staffing industry experience.
- Massachusetts‑based hybrid role.
- During Sales Academy delivery periods (approximately 6 months per year): 4 days per week onsite.
- Outside Academy delivery periods: onsite as needed, otherwise hybrid.
- No travel beyond going into the office.
$75,000–$110,000 depending on experience + 5% annual bonus opportunity.
