Job Summary
Provide software, hardware, and network support to internal users. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with software installations and configurations, and documenting processes related to the IT Department.
Essential Functions- Equipment and software installation
- Equipment and technical troubleshooting
- Process documentation
- Assist in maintaining and generating IT metrics and dashboards
- Demonstrated ability to assist with computer, software, and technical troubleshooting for Windows, MS Office 365, and Active Directory
