Production Supervisors 2nd shift

Job Summary

Exciting opportunity for a 2nd shift production supervisor to manage assembly technicians with a leading North Shore Company.

• Supervising employees on the 2nd shift that are involved in a variety of production and assembly functions related to capital equipment and systems, electronic, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and/or components, sub-assemblies, and subsystems.
• Position begins as an assistant manager/supervisor in the Final Assembly group responsible for preparing and coordinating the shipment of capital equipment to customers around the globe. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
• Prioritize production schedules based on available manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials requirements.
• Participate in operational meetings.
• Support the development and tracking of organization performance metrics.
