Furnace​/Equipment Operator *2nd Shift​/ in Beverly

Join our team as a Furnace Operator to manage furnace and exhaust equipment during the 2nd shift (12:00pm - 8:30pm). This role requires independent operation and monitoring of brazing/firing processes, ensuring product flow and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Operation and monitoring of furnace and exhaust equipment during the 2nd shift, keeping products moving through furnace brazing/firing operations and exhaust (vacuum / heat / electrical monitoring).

• Operate and monitor furnace and exhaust equipment.
• Perform furnace brazing and firing operations and exhaust procedures.
• Complete any additional duties as needed and assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with variable indoor temperatures (60‑85+°F).
• Prior knowledge or experience with furnaces, vacuum equipment, and/or electrical measurement (plus).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and follow written instructions.
• Capacity to lift up to 20 lbs alone or 75 lbs with assistance.
• Willingness to complete data sheets and fill out technical instructions.
• Basic computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Office, etc.).
• U.S. Person status for ITAR/EAR compliance as described.

Salary Range: $20.00 – $26.00 (plus 10% shift differential for 2nd shift).
