Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Location: Beverly, MA

Pay: $22.00/hour + shift differentials

Shifts Available
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (+10%)
  • 3rd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM (+15%)
Job Summary

We are hiring a detail‑oriented Electro‑Mechanical Assembler to support manufacturing assembly, electrical wiring, and mechanical subassembly for semiconductor equipment. This role focuses on building high‑quality assemblies while following strict quality standards, cleanroom protocols, and lean manufacturing practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble electromechanical components including cables, sensors, motors, and subassemblies.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials (BOMs).
  • Use hand tools, torque drivers, and multimeters to build and inspect assemblies.
  • Perform basic soldering, crimping, and wire harness assembly.
  • Follow ESD and cleanroom procedures to ensure product integrity.
  • Complete production documentation and ERP data entry (Opcenter or similar systems).
  • Identify and report defects, discrepancies, or quality issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Follow all safety and quality compliance standards.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in electro‑mechanical assembly, wiring, or manufacturing preferred.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and use basic inspection tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and tracking.
