Molding Technician - 2nd Shift

Position: Molding Technician - 2nd Shift (3:00PM - 11:30PM)
Responsibilitiesarrow_right

* Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures.

* Performs routine tasks (e.g., fabrication, testing).

* Follows instructions closely.

* Documents work accurately.

* Works under close supervision and receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles.

* Basic knowledge of material handling and auxiliary equipment (e.g., dryers, conveyors, chillers).

* Performs mold setup using standard tools and procedures under supervision.

* Familiarity with different molding processes (e.g., injection, compression, blow, thermoforming).

* Basic understanding of part measurement tools and quality inspection techniques.

* Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and part drawings.

* Learning to identify and report common molding defects.

* Demonstrates basic communication skills; listens actively and follows instructions.

* Shows initiative in learning and completing assigned tasks reliably.

* Understands the importance of product quality and customer satisfaction.

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Certification or associate's degree preferred.

* Entry Level and willingness to learn.
