Location: Beverly, MA
Pay: $26.50-$33/hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to support manufacturing quality assurance, inspection, and metrology operations. This role is responsible for performing first article inspections (FAI), receiving, in-process, and final inspections to ensure precision parts meet all engineering and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform FAI, in-process, and final inspections to verify product conformance
- Interpret blueprints and GD&T to ensure dimensional accuracy
- Use CMM, vision systems, and manual inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, comparators)
- Develop and run CMM programs from drawings and CAD models
- Troubleshoot quality issues and support operators, engineers, and inspectors
- Train team members on inspection methods, tools, and best practices
- Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain inspection records, documentation, and quality reports
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 4+ years of quality inspection in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and metrology principles
- Hands-on experience with CMM and precision measurement equipment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Manufacturing/shop floor environment; lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
