Operations Manager, Manufacturing Engineer

With proven expertise in materials and technologies, we offer an extensive range of vertically integrated capabilities: precision molding and extrusions, complex catheters, hypotubes, and coatings.
To qualify for this role, candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
The expected salary range for this position is $155,000 to $210,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field required.
- Graduate Degree (e.g., MBA or technical Master’s) preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments.
- Proven success leading multi‑site operations and cross‑functional teams, including direct customer engagement.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership, capital project execution, and cost control.
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational standardization practices.
- Knowledge of FDA, ISO 13485, GMP, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Effective communicator and leader with a demonstrated ability to influence internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Able to navigate a matrixed organization and build alignment across global and regional teams.
- Frequent travel required between U.S. manufacturing sites (~30–40%).
