Electronics Assembly and Soldering- 1st Shift

Our client is looking for an experienced Electro‑Mechanical Assembler with soldering skills to join a top‑tier manufacturing company specializing in engineering products for military communication systems. In this position, you will be responsible for performing precise electronic assembly on printed circuit boards (PCBs), including through‑hole soldering of electronic components. You’ll also read blueprints, visually inspect your work, and use instruments like multimeters and oscilloscopes to ensure quality and accuracy.

To succeed as an Electro‑Mechanical Assembler, you should have experience in electronic assembly, strong soldering skills, and the ability to interpret technical blueprints. Familiarity with precision instruments such as multimeters and oscilloscopes is essential, along with good visual inspection ability. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with detailed electronic components within a manufacturing environment that supports national defense and innovation.

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

• Experience with electronic assembly and soldering, including thru‑hole components
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Familiarity with electronic testing instruments such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
• Strong attention to detail and quality inspection skills
• Prior experience in military or aerospace electronics manufacturing is a plus
