Electro-Mechanical Assembly - 2nd Shift

We are looking for skilled and motivated Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to join our Client's team on the 2nd shift. As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will play a critical role in assembling electromechanical components and systems used in cutting‑edge production machines.

In this fast‑paced and rewarding role, you will use your technical skills and attention to detail to build subassemblies and final assemblies from electro‑mechanical components. The 2nd shift team works from 2:00 pm‑10:30 pm Monday‑Friday with a 10% differential pay.

• 1-2 years of assembly experience, preferably in a cleanroom environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials
• Proficiency in using hand tools, torque drivers, multimeters, and other manufacturing aids
• Basic soldering, crimping, and wire harness assembly skills
• Strong computer skills – your work instructions are online and you will be required to enter data about the assembly process.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills

• Experience with ERP systems
• Electrical testing skills
• Knowledge of blueprints and ability to read and interpret them
• Experience with welding and fitting assembly units

• 1-2 years of related experience in assembly or a related field
• Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and procedures
