Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $21-23 per hour

This is an entry-level position.

Employment Type: Full-time, direct-hire opportunity

As a Mechanical Assembler, you’ll work closely with experienced professionals to assemble high-precision components. Your focus will be on quality, consistency, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

• Assemble various subassemblies and full units using detailed procedures and work instructions
• Perform accurate fitting, aligning, and adjustments requiring close tolerances and precision
• Follow mechanical drawings and verbal directions for efficient assembly
• Conduct basic product testing to ensure compliance with order specifications
• Work closely with senior assemblers to grow your skills and knowledge
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Complete additional tasks as assigned to support production goals

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Solid manual dexterity and attention to fine detail
• Basic computer skills for logging work and reviewing instructions
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• A customer-service mindset and eagerness to learn
• Mechanical aptitude and a passion for hands-on work
