Amphenol PCD is looking to add a Cable Assembler – Level II to our team in Beverly, MA. This role is responsible for assembling cable products according to customer drawings and specifications. If you have experience in cable assembly and a strong mechanical aptitude, we’d love to hear from you.
Essential Functions- Build cable assemblies to meet customer drawings and specifications.
- Follow manufacturing instructions and maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- 1-3 years of experience in cable assembly and manufacturing.
- Soldering skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and understand English instructions and technical drawings.
- Ability to measure in inches and increments of inches.
- Certification to IPC/WHMA-A-620
- J-STD soldering
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Medium work, including moving objects up to 50 lbs.
- Repetitive movement of hands, wrists, or fingers.
