Aerotek Hiring for 2nd Shift Clean Room Assemblers
Join a medical device manufacturing team assembling neurosurgical sponges in a clean room environment using thread, sewing needles, and small hand tools.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble products following detailed work instructions and procedures
- Perform repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow all clean room protocols and support production goals
- Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to perform repetitive work with focus and consistency
- Reliable attendance and commitment to quality
- Experience in assembly, manufacturing, clean room, or sewing is a plus
- Willingness to learn and follow standardized processes
- Gain valuable experience in the medical device industry
- Work in a clean, structured, and team-oriented environment
- Enjoy a 4-day workweek with 3-day weekends

Monday–Thursday | 3:45 PM – 2:15 AM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beverly, MA.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
