2nd Shift Clean Room Assembler

This role involves assembling neurosurgical sponges in a clean room environment using a thread and sewing needle. You follow detailed work instructions to perform highly repetitive, precise tasks on a medical device production line, requiring strong hand dexterity, focus, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble neurosurgical sponges in a clean room environment using thread and a sewing needle.
  • Follow written work instructions carefully to ensure consistent and accurate assembly.
  • Perform repetitive assembly tasks on a medical device production line while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Use hand tools and manual techniques to complete delicate medical assemblies.
  • Inspect assembled products visually to verify quality, completeness, and adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation in accordance with clean room protocols.
  • Handle materials and components carefully to prevent contamination or damage.
  • Meet production targets and timelines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Document work as required and communicate any issues or defects to the appropriate personnel.
  • Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines related to medical device manufacturing.
Essential Skills

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beverly, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
