High Res is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer focused on Production Sustaining and process improvements to optimize manufacturing efficiency. You will collaborate with technicians and cross-functional teams to support manufacturing and drive continuous improvement on the floor.
You will work with Quality and Operations to ensure compliant, on-time production, while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to KPI/OKR reporting. This is an onsite full-time role with potential travel.
