Shift: 8am - 4pm

The Filling & Assembly Specialist I is a member of the Global Supply Chain team supporting discrete manufacturing. The Packaging team’s mission is to fill, assemble, and prepare final products so finished‑goods inventory is ready for customers.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Execute precision aliquoting and filling of antibody products using advanced liquid‑handling techniques, following SOPs to ensure product quality and integrity.
  • Set up, change over, and operate labeling, pumping, and automated packaging equipment to maintain high production throughput.
  • Inspect and assemble final product components with manual and automated systems for order fulfillment, ensuring all output meets quality specifications.
  • Perform vial labeling and package preparation in strict compliance with QC guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain consistent compliance with all regulatory requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and internal SOPs across all production phases.
  • Manage accurate inventory records, performing timely data entry and updates within the system.
  • Implement and maintain organized inventory systems for packaging supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment to prevent production delays.
  • Commit to continuous skill development to handle new product portfolios and technologies.
  • Perform other duties and cross‑functional tasks as assigned.

Who you are and what you bring to the team:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of work experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including Google Workspace.
  • Strong team‑player and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed directions.

Ideally, you have:

  • Previous discrete manufacturing experience (e.g., filling, labeling, assembly).
  • Experience tracking and replenishing inventory.
  • Experience with an electronic inventory system or ERP tool.
  • Willingness to learn and apply new techniques and processes.

Physical Conditions/

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Work in a laboratory setting with potential exposure to hazardous chemicals and biological materials.
  • Consistent use of assigned PPE (lab coats, gloves, safety glasses) and adherence to lab safety protocols.
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods while performing filling and assembly tasks.
  • Frequent tasks requiring repetitive hand motions and fine motor skills (pipetting, labeling, capping, operation of specialized equipment).
  • Adaptability to varying laboratory noise levels from equipment such as centrifuges and freezers.

This position has a starting hourly wage of $23.50 - $28.00, with final compensation determined by relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
