YOUR DAY TO DAY:
Precision assembly of machine parts into fixtures for welding and brazing operations using technical drawings and procedures. Candidate should be familiar with basic mechanical tooling and measurement equipment and be able to work part time under microscopes and magnifiers. Must be able to read and understand technical drawings and instructions.
Must be details-oriented and self-motivated to contribute to a team environment. On the job training will be provided and successful new operator will have opportunities to learn multiple roles.
YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
- Precision assembly
- Perform other duties as needed and assigned
YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a clean manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and follow documented procedures.
- Basic computer and communication skills (MS Outlook / Word / Excel).
- Experience with ceramics, precious metals welding or furnace operations preferred.
- This role requires access to export-controlled information, subject to the ITAR and EAR, for which the company will not pursue an export license/license exception. Must be a US person (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals) to be eligible for this role.
Salary Range:
Level I $17.50 - $23.00 / hour
Level II $19.50 - $24.50 / hour
