Electro Mechanical Assembler

Location:

Beverly, MA

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and passionate about quality workmanship? We are seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team producing high-precision electromechanical products. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with assembly, wiring, soldering, or manufacturing experience who want to build their skills in a clean, quality-focused environment.

What You'll Do
  • Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical products, components, and subassemblies
  • Fit, align, and adjust precision parts to meet exact specifications and tight tolerances
  • Cut, strip, solder, crimp, and terminate small-gauge wiring using hand and power tools
  • Perform functional testing and inspections to verify product performance and quality
  • Follow assembly procedures, work instructions, and technical specifications
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support process improvements and assist with developing assembly procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals
What We're Looking For
  • Experience with electro-mechanical assembly, manufacturing, wiring, or production environments
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with soldering, wire termination, and testing processes is highly preferred
