Sway is the app for  where's everyone going tonight  — built at Endicott, launching campus-wide this September. We ran a live pilot at Gully's last spring. This fall we launch for real, and we're hiring one student to lead it on the ground.

• Own launch week. Get Sway into the group chats that decide where Friday night happens.
• Run the ground game at Gully's, Village Tavern, and Pickled Onion on key nights.
• Recruit and manage 5 student ambassadors across different social circles.
• Be the founder's eyes on campus: tell us what's working, what's dead, and why your friends won't open the app. Blunt feedback is the job.
• Weekly 30‑min sync with the founder. Direct line, no layers.

• Junior or senior at Endicott.
• You're the person people text to find out where everyone's going.
• Connected across at least two circles — athletics, clubs, orientation staff, whatever. You bridge groups.
• You don't need marketing experience. You need to be trusted by people who go out.

• Founding Campus Lead  title at a funded startup — first campus hire
• Direct mentorship from the founder; real ownership of a real launch
• First shot at expanded paid role if the launch works
