Highland Electric Fleets’ mission is to make electric fleets accessible and affordable for all, enabling communities to realize the benefits of cleaner, quieter and healthier fleets.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 7+ years of brand, content, and/or product marketing experience
- Strong track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, preferably in support of high-profile sponsor ships
- Demonstrated experience owning content production end to end — briefing creative, directing agencies and production crews
- Experience developing product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials that connect a product or service to customer outcomes
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across content, digital, paid media, events, and PR
- Demonstrated experience with sponsorship activation and major brand events preferred
- Outstanding communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information into compelling benefits, messaging, and presentations
- Experience in B2B or public sector marketing a plus
