What You’ll Do

As a Care Team Nurse, you’ll serve as a clinical leader and trusted resource for patients, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing telephone and in‑office triage for pediatric patients
  • Assessing physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of children and families
  • Administering vaccines, medications, and performing clinical procedures
  • Educating patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
  • Coordinating care for patients with chronic conditions and complex healthcare needs
  • Supporting patients after emergency room visits and hospital discharges
  • Collaborating closely with pediatricians, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and administrative staff
  • Maintaining accurate documentation within our electronic medical record system
  • Helping ensure smooth daily clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences
What We’re Looking For
  • Current Massachusetts RN or LPN license
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current BLS certification
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a team
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, family‑centered pediatric care
  • Experience in pediatrics preferred, but passionate nurses with transferable skills are encouraged to apply
