Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery

Beverly, MA

Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend Rotation | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly

• Provide intrapartum care for laboring patients throughout the labor and birth process
• Deliver intraoperative and recovery care for patients undergoing operative deliveries
• Perform prenatal evaluation of mother and fetus as part of a full-scope perinatal care team
• Provide postpartum care and maternal/newborn couplet care for well babies
• Support special care needs for premature newborns and those requiring a higher level of care
• Participate in biweekly orientation and maintain compliance with facility onboarding requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – American Heart Association (AHA)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records (required)
• Influenza vaccine required prior to or during onboarding (declinations not accepted)

• 3–5+ years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Comfort and experience working in an operating room (OR) setting

• Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly on all assignments, providing consistent and predictable income
• Opportunity to work within a full-scope perinatal care service in collaboration with a leading academic medical center
