Job Overview

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health care in Beverly, Massachusetts. This full‑time staff position requires experience with OASIS documentation and a commitment to providing high‑quality care in patients’ homes.

• Perform comprehensive head‑to‑toe assessments and identify subtle changes in patient condition.
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting.
• Execute medication reconciliation, teach patients and families, and monitor safety.
• Conduct comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation.
• Utilize acute and post‑acute care skills (CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post‑surgical care).
• Manage a dynamic visit schedule and prioritize urgent visits while maintaining productivity expectations.
• Maintain point‑of‑care documentation accuracy and technology proficiency.

• Work independently while knowing when to escalation concerns.
• Make real‑time clinical decisions without immediate on‑site support.
• Adapt flexibly to changing patient needs and schedules.
• Provide culturally sensitive care respecting patient autonomy.
• Problem‑solve effectively in unpredictable home environments.

• Current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with transcript or diploma.
• At least one year of recent hands‑on medical experience (acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med‑surg, sub‑acute care or rehab) with adult/geriatric population within the past two years.
• Experience with OASIS documentation.

Weekly pay schedule with base pay of $60–$65 per point, depending on qualifications, subject to negotiation. $5,000 bonus for full‑time commitment.
