Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Element Care PACE (Beverly, MA)
We are hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for Element Care PACE, providing outpatient behavioral health care to older adults enrolled in the PACE program.
Position Overview- Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and behavioral health consultation for older adults enrolled in the PACE program.
- Deliver care through a combination of clinic visits, home visits, and nursing facility visits throughout Beverly and Gloucester.
- Manage psychopharmacology, behavioral health treatment planning, and crisis evaluations.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary PACE team while maintaining autonomy within specialty.
- Help older adults remain safely independent while improving quality of life through comprehensive behavioral healthcare.
$130,000‑$170,000 Annual Salary.
Schedule- Monday‑Friday
- 8:00 AM‑4:00 PM
- Approximately 6 patients per day
- No nights, weekends or on‑call responsibilities.

- ANCC‑Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Clinical Nurse Specialist.
- Active Massachusetts Advanced Practice License with Prescriptive Authority.
- Active DEA Registration.
- Two to Three years of psychiatric prescribing experience.
- Experience managing psychopharmacology and psychiatric evaluations.
- Passion for caring for older adult populations.
- Exceptional work‑life balance with weekday schedule only.
- Low daily patient volume allowing meaningful patient interactions.
- Integrated interdisciplinary PACE care model.
- Combination of clinic and community‑based practice.
