Travel RN - Emergency Dept

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring an active MA RN license and independent strip-reading skills

• Active MA RN license required at time of consideration
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Must be able to pass a day-one pass/fail competency test at orientation (one attempt only)
• Must pass Relias onboarding modules within 2 attempts

• Emergency Department setting within a hospital
• 12-hour night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
• Every other weekend required
• Floating to Addison Gilbert Hospital required as needed
• No monitor techs on unit, nurses must independently read cardiac strips
• Uses EPIC EMR
• Biweekly orientation schedule
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible; local candidates not considered
• Candidates who have worked at any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility within the last 6 months will not be considered
• Required vaccinations include COVID-19 (with booster) and Flu, with medical exemptions allowed
• First-time travelers may be considered
