Quality Clinic Technician

Job Summary

Oversee duties with RMA, DMR, stock rotation and Calibration. Initiates failure investigation of non-conforming material. Develop and maintain metrics for the above mentioned duties.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings. Use standard basic and intermediate measuring devices.
• Check dimensions in English and metric. Communicate and work with all levels of the organization.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Be consistently accurate and detail oriented.

• Experience using ERP systems.
• 1+ year(s) working with DMR’s / RMA.
• Use of a wide variety of hand measuring tools. 3-5 years of Quality Assurance or related quality control.

• Experience of optical measurement.
• Knowledge of AS9100.

Salary dependent on skill level.
