Axcelis Technologies is seeking a Director of Product Quality to lead global manufacturing quality initiatives across all production sites. You will drive First Time Right manufacturing, defect prevention, and process capability while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
This role partners with Manufacturing Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering, Supplier Quality and Customer Quality to embed quality at the source and reduce escapes.
