• Execute sushi and raw bar items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
• Work with high-quality fish and ingredients, maintaining proper handling and technique
• Contribute to presentation standards that reflect a polished, professional product
• Collaborate with leadership on sushi features and creative additions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and disciplined workstation
• Perform at a high level during busy, fast-paced service

• Strong sushi experience required (knife skills, fish breakdown, rolling techniques)
