We’re looking for an experienced, personable part-time bartender to join our team. This position requires consistent availability on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights
.

Hale Street is Beverly Farms’ lively neighborhood tavern—a come-as-you-are gathering place where the bar is buzzing, oysters are being shucked, wings are hitting the table, and regulars always feel at home.

You’ll join a fun, local restaurant with a loyal following, a lively bar, fresh oysters, sushi, tavern favorites, and a team that believes hospitality should feel genuine—not scripted.

• Provide friendly, attentive service and genuine hospitality
• Prepare beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages accurately and efficiently
• Build relationships with regulars and create a welcoming experience for new guests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Accurately process orders and payments
• Follow all alcohol-service, sanitation, and safety requirements
• Work collaboratively with the service and kitchen teams
• Bring positive energy to every shift

• Tipped minimum wage of $6.75 an hour plus tips. ($30 - $40 an hour with tips)

• Availability every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday night
• 2+ years of previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or busy bar
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails
• Confident, friendly, and conversational service style
• Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Dependability, professionalism, and a team-first attitude
• Must meet all Massachusetts requirements for serving alcohol
• Must be 21 or older
