Job OverviewAs a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and be the face of Hallmark. You collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations when needed.
Salary and Schedule Details- Your starting hourly pay rate will be $16.00 to $18.00 per hour depending on your skills and experience.
- Paid training, delivered through live, hands‑on instruction and virtual classroom training.
- Hallmark part‑time employees are offered voluntary benefits that include medical, dental, vision, etc.
- Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
- This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
- Average weekly hours are 12-13 hours per week.
- Availability the week before and after major holidays, including weekends, is required.
- Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support.
This job is physically demanding and requires the ability to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion. You must also kneel, squat, walk, stand, climb stairs, and step on ladders.
Basic Qualifications- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Capacity to manage products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Proficient in operating a digital hand‑held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
- Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
- Reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores as scheduled.
